WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Admissions Specialist

You will support EPICODE on these activities:

• Initial counseling and profiling of candidates
• Selection interviews of potential students
• Follow-up and contractualisation management
• After-sales and back-office support activities 
• Share admission reports periodically with related metrics

YOU ARE AN EPIC PERSON BECAUSE:

• You have strong communication and active listening skills
• You are a precise and meticulous person when organising your activities
• You know how to work by objectives and deadlines alone and in a team
• You have already used a company CRM and submitted quantitative reports
• You know how to use the Office suite independently, with particular attention to Microsoft Excel
• You have worked in the higher education sector and have at least 3 years’ experience in the role
• You are a native Italian speaker and speak/write English fluently;

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

The workplace is in Malta in St Julian’s. Activities may be carried out in hybrid mode. 

It is required to be domiciled or resident in Malta for this position.

We offer a full-time fixed-term employment contract of one year starting in January 2024, with the aim of long-term employment.

As Gross Salary, we propose a range from 25-30k depending on previous experience and the person’s skills. We offer a challenging work environment and a role with high chances of growth and career advancement.
